The cuckoo was in full song as we walked in the rain getting lost on the way. After a short detour we were soon back on track and enjoying the North York Moors in all its glory. After lunch in a barn the rain eased and we enjoyed the buttercup meadow and spring flowers. This was a very nice walk that our hardy members enjoyed.
