This is a very nice walk across the moors with a slow climb of 500 feet at the start. This is one of our highest walks climbing to 1300 feet with view to match. A dry day is needed for this walk and we should repeat it in the summer. The shooters were an extra hazard but they had stopped for lunch by the time we arrived.
