The views on this walk were outstanding, but for the second week running the rain was a problem in the morning. It was said that we should repeat the walk on a fine day. This was a walk that had everything from rivers in the valleys to nice views as we climbed out. Also the horses, sheep and a hare helped to make the walk pleasant as we passed old ruins and moreland cottages.

Length 7.5 Miles

Memories

We saw a large hare and I mean large. The flowers were just ordinary but the views were outstanding. After walk tea in the Rosedale tea shop made a fitting end to the day. The walk was cut short due to the rain.
